Pop mogul, Justin Timberlake could face some jail time after tampering with the law. The singer recently uploaded a selfie on Instagram of himself in a Tennessee voting booth.
The action of taking photos inside polling locations became illegal in Tennessee in 2015. So far no one has been prosecuted for the crime, but the offense is worth 30 days in jail and a $50 fine.
Timberlake, who hosted a Hillary Clinton fundraiser back in August, has not commented on the controversy yet.
